Designing is managed by SCS with a co-engineering process, involving final Customer and internal departments in order to define in a precise and reliable manner deadlines as well as processing steps.
Our quality system is the ISO 9001 and it is deeply integrated in every step of production process.
One of our priorities is also the environmental sustainability, we are ISO 14001 certified and we also have a photovoltaic plant which allows us to produce necessary energy to accomplish our production line and respect the environment at the same time.

Our History
SCS was born in Pontoglio in 1981 thanks to the initiative and passion of the founder Mario Rodegari.
From the beginning the company designs and builds molds for various industrial sectors with the aim of providing the highest quality products designed to last over time.
“Nothing in the world has been done without passion”
The company continues to grow and in year 1998 moved to a new headquarters of 8000 square meters with an innovative and revolutionary design.
The ability to respond in a coherent and exhaustive way to customer expectations is realized with the ISO 9001 certification.
In the perspective of a future expansion, SCS bought an area of 2000 square meters next to the actual industrial site.
The company, very attentive to environmental sustainability, invested in the installation of a 400,00 KW photovoltaic system able to generate clean energy for about 50% of the production processes.
The attention towards environment is realized with the achievement of ISO 14001 certification.
Considerable investments lead the company to win the challenge of digitization in the perspective of 4.0 industry.
